Why a beauty studio needs a different site to a hair salon
Your clients are choosing a set of nails, a lash style or a brow shape, and they want to see it before they commit. That pushes the whole site towards pictures and a detailed treatment menu, with fewer words about the team and the chairs.
If you run a hair salon or barbershop, our salon and barber page is written for you instead.
A treatment menu with every option
Beauty menus get long quickly. Gel polish, BIAB, acrylic extensions, infills, removals, nail art per nail. Classic, hybrid and volume lashes, with refills at two or three weeks. Brow lamination, tint, wax. We group treatments so a client finds theirs fast, with the price and roughly how long it takes.
Where a price depends on the design, show a 'from' price and invite them to message you a reference photo.
- Treatments grouped into nails, lashes, brows, face and body
- Time needed shown next to each price
- Refill and removal prices spelled out
- Your cancellation policy, in your own words
A gallery that sells the next appointment
Lots of clients discover you on Instagram, then want one place to see your work properly with prices beside it. A gallery split into nail art, lash sets and brows lets them pick a look and send it straight to you on WhatsApp. We compress the photos so they open quickly on mobile data.
Use only photos of your own work. Adding new sets later is a small update: send them over and we put them up.
Booking without the back-and-forth
Booking one treatment is easy. Booking a full set plus a brow tint with a particular tech on a Friday evening is where messages pile up. A booking system can handle different treatment lengths, combined treatments and more than one artist.
It's quoted after a chat, because a one-room studio in Naxxar and a salon with four techs need very different setups. Read more about booking systems.
Working from home or renting a room
Plenty of nail and lash artists work from a room at home or rent space inside another salon. Your site can mention the general area and share the exact address once a booking is confirmed. We'll talk through how much of your location you want to show on the site and on Google.
The site costs €150 once, and everything after launch is on the full price list. If your offers change every month, ongoing care could suit you, priced after a free call.
