Why a short let needs its own website
Listing sites bring you new guests, and you should keep using them. The trouble starts when a happy guest wants to come back next summer, or tells a friend about your place. Without your own site, they'll usually go back through the same platform.
A website with your property's name gives returning guests and word-of-mouth referrals somewhere to go. It also looks more established when someone checks you out before booking.
What goes on a holiday rental website
Guests decide with their eyes. We lay out large photos of each room, the view and the outside space, then the details people always ask: how many it sleeps, beds, air conditioning, parking, and how far it is from the beach or the bus stop.
For a Gozo farmhouse that might mean the pool, the countryside and the ferry. For a Sliema or St Julian's apartment it might mean the seafront and the restaurants nearby. We write it for your place, in plain English.
- Photo gallery that loads quickly on phones
- Sleeps, beds, bathrooms and amenities at a glance
- Location map and directions from the airport or ferry
- House rules and check-in times
- WhatsApp button for quick questions
Direct bookings and availability
Some owners only want an enquiry form, and they handle the rest by WhatsApp. Others want a calendar that shows free dates and takes a booking. If you also list on Airbnb or Booking.com, the calendar needs to stay in step so you don't get double bookings.
This is why we quote short let sites after a conversation. We look at how many units you have, how you take payment and which platforms you use, then build what fits. Our booking system page explains the options.
Answering guests at 2am
Guests land late, lose the key box code or ask about the Wi-Fi password at odd hours. AI replies on WhatsApp can answer the routine questions using your house guide: check-in steps, parking, bins, beach directions.
When something needs a human, like a broken boiler or a late checkout request, it passes the chat to you. See our AI chatbot page for how it works.
Costs after launch
Renewal, new photos and updated house rules are all priced on the full price list.
If your rates and availability change often through the season, ongoing monthly care may suit you. That is priced after a free consultation call, with no lock-in contract.
