Two ways to take bookings online
Most Malta businesses take bookings by phone or WhatsApp, and that's fine until it gets busy. Customers wait, messages pile up, and someone books the same slot twice. An online booking setup lets people pick a time themselves.
We build two kinds, and you can use one or both.
- A booking page on your own website, where customers choose a service, date and time
- Booking replies on WhatsApp, where an AI assistant handles the booking chat and passes tricky ones to you
A booking page on your website
This lives on your own domain, next to your prices and photos. Someone finds you on Google Maps, taps through to your site, and books there and then. It works on phones, which is how many people will use it.
It can be simple. A salon might list services and times. A restaurant might take table requests with party size. A small clinic might offer appointment slots. We shape it around how you actually work.
Booking replies on WhatsApp
A lot of people in Malta would rather message than fill in a form. With AI replies on WhatsApp, the assistant can answer "Do you have anything Saturday morning?" and collect the details. When something needs a human, it hands the chat to you.
This is handy in summer, when tourists message late at night in English and expect a quick answer.
What about Fresha and other platforms?
Platforms like Fresha exist, and plenty of salons and barbers use them. They come with their own app and a marketplace where new customers can find you. If that suits you, keep using it, and we can link to it from your website.
Your own booking page makes more sense when you want bookings on your own site and under your own name, when your setup doesn't fit a standard template, or when you'd rather send customers to your site than to a platform listing other businesses too.
Price and how to start
Booking systems are quoted after a chat, since a three-chair barber and a restaurant need different things. You can add booking to a €150 website, or include it in ongoing care if your services and hours change often.
Fill in the brief at /start/. It opens WhatsApp with your answers typed out, and we get back to you within 1 working day.
