Three kinds of customer, one website
A family in Naxxar wants someone every Thursday morning. An office in Birkirkara wants cleaning after hours. A holiday flat owner in Sliema needs the place turned around between a 10am checkout and a 3pm check-in. Each of them is looking for something different, and each wants to see quickly whether you do it.
We give each type of work its own clear block on the site, with what's included and who it's for. That way the office manager doesn't have to read about ironing, and the flat owner sees straight away that you handle linen changes.
- Domestic cleaning: weekly, fortnightly or one-off deep cleans
- Office and commercial: after-hours, weekends, contract work
- Holiday rental turnovers: linen, restocking, photos for the owner
- End-of-tenancy and post-renovation cleans
Show where you work
A common first question in cleaning enquiries is "do you come to my area?" A list of localities on the site answers it before anyone types. If you cover the whole island, say so. If you only do the north, or you're based in Gozo and stay there, that goes on the page too.
This also helps on Google. When the towns you serve appear on your site and your Google Business Profile, people searching for cleaners in those places have a better chance of finding you. More on that on our Google Business Profile page.
Quote requests that come with the details
Cleaning is hard to price without knowing the job. A two-bedroom flat is not a five-bedroom house with a pool deck. Instead of a bare "contact us", the quote button asks the right questions: type of property, rough size, which locality, how often, and any extras like ovens, windows or balconies.
The answers arrive in WhatsApp already typed out, so you can send a price back without a long back-and-forth. You can also ask for photos of the space before you quote.
Recurring cleans and turnover schedules
Once you have regular clients, keeping track of who's due when gets messy. A booking tool can let a household pick a fixed weekly slot, or let a rental owner send you checkout dates for the month. You see everything in one place.
Every cleaning business runs its rota differently, so this part is quoted after we talk it through. See the booking system page for examples. If clients often ask the same things by message, like "do you bring your own products?", AI replies on WhatsApp can be set up to answer them.
Building trust before the first visit
You're asking people to give a stranger their keys. A short About section with your name, how long you've been cleaning (if you'd like to share it) and a photo of you or your team helps a lot. So do before-and-after photos of real jobs, with the client's permission.
Changes after launch, like adding a new area or updating your rates, are on the full price list.
