When the warning light comes on
A driver with squealing brakes or a slow puncture wants a garage nearby that's open and can look at it today. They open Google Maps, tap a few results and check hours and numbers. Your site and your Google profile should make that choice easy.
List the jobs you actually do
A clear services list brings the right cars to your door and saves you calls about work you don't take on. If you don't do bodywork, say so. If you specialise in diesels, hybrids or a particular make, put it near the top.
- Servicing and oil changes
- Brakes, clutches and suspension
- Tyres, balancing and wheel alignment
- Diagnostics and auto electrics
- Car air conditioning
- VRT preparation
Send a photo of the problem
Describing a noise over the phone rarely gets anyone far. A WhatsApp button lets a customer send a photo of a worn tyre, a dashboard warning or a short video of the rattle. You can give a rough idea, ask them to bring it in, or tell them it's not your kind of job. We put the button on every page with a line like 'Send us a photo of the issue'.
If you'd like routine questions answered for you, such as hours or whether you fit tyres on Saturdays, AI WhatsApp replies are quoted separately.
Opening hours and finding your gate
If your garage sits down a side street or inside an industrial estate, first-time customers can easily drive past. A Google Maps button takes them right to the entrance. Clear hours, including Saturday mornings and any lunch break, stop wasted trips.
Your Google Business Profile is set up as part of the €150, so the same hours and photos show on Maps.
VRT prep and repeat customers
Drivers with a VRT coming up often want the car checked first. A short section on your VRT prep service, what you look at and how to book the car in gives them a reason to choose you.
Reviews help here too. A Google review QR stand on the counter lets a happy customer leave a review while they wait for the keys. The site is €150 once, and running costs after launch are on the full price list.
