Burst pipes don't wait for office hours
When water is coming through the ceiling or the trip switch drops every time the kettle goes on, nobody reads a long page. They want to know you do this kind of job, that you cover their area and how to reach you now. The top of your site says exactly that, with a WhatsApp button big enough to hit with a wet thumb.
If you take emergency call-outs, say when. If you don't, say that too, so you're not woken at 2am by jobs you won't take.
Say where you'll go
Clients want to know if you'll come to them. A clear list of localities saves you from messages you'd have to turn down. You might cover the north from Mellieħa down to Mosta, the whole of Malta, or Gozo only.
- The towns or regions you cover
- Whether you cross to Gozo, or work only there
- Call-out fee or minimum charge, if you have one
- Hours for normal jobs and for urgent ones
Let them show you the problem
A photo of a leaking joint, a scorched socket or an AC unit's error code tells you more than five minutes on the phone. With the WhatsApp button, the customer sends it straight to you, so you know whether to bring a part, give a rough price or pass.
In summer, AC messages can pile up. AI replies on WhatsApp can be set up to answer the routine questions, like servicing prices and areas covered, and pass real jobs to you. They're quoted, usually monthly.
Reviews do the convincing
Letting a stranger into your home is a big ask. Reviews from past customers help people decide. Your site links to your Google reviews, and we can make a Google review QR stand you show customers when the job's done, so leaving a review takes them a few seconds.
A page per trade, if you do several
If you're an electrician who also installs AC units and water heaters, separate pages can help each service get found by people searching for that job. The €150 site covers up to 3 pages and more are quoted.
Renewals and later changes are listed on the full price list.
