Couples shortlist venues long before they visit
Weddings tend to be planned well ahead, and some couples marrying in Malta live abroad. They'll compare venues online before booking a single viewing. If your website is just a phone number and three dark photos, you're off the list before they know what they're missing.
Corporate clients are the same, only faster. An office manager planning a summer party wants to see the room, the numbers and a way to ask about a date, all in one go.
Galleries that sell the space
Photos do most of the work here. We arrange them by space and by type of event, so a couple can see the garden set for a ceremony, the hall laid out for dinner and the terrace at sunset. If you have photos of the space empty, those help planners picture their own setup.
Got a video walkthrough or a 360 tour? We embed it on the page so people can look around from their sofa. If you don't have one yet, good photos are plenty to start.
- Separate galleries for each hall, garden or terrace
- Wedding, corporate, christening and private party examples
- Photographer credits where you'd like them
- Images sized to load quickly on phones
Capacity and practical details
Lots of enquiries start with "will it fit?" We put the numbers up front: how many seated, how many standing, how many for a ceremony. Then the practical things planners always ask: parking, catering (in-house or bring your own), music curfew, wheelchair access, a covered area if the weather turns, and how far you are from the main hotels.
Keeping this on the site saves you answering it on the phone again and again.
Date enquiries, not just "contact us"
The most useful thing a venue site can collect is the date. An enquiry form can ask for event type, preferred date, a backup date, guest count and budget range, so you know straight away if it's a fit.
If you want to show which Saturdays are already taken, an availability calendar can be added. Both are quoted after a chat, since every venue handles holds and confirmations differently. See the booking system page.
Event planners and suppliers
If you plan events rather than own a venue, your site is your portfolio. We build it around past events, the services you offer, and the venues and suppliers you like working with.
Couples from abroad often ask the same questions about parking, timings and the weather in September. AI replies on WhatsApp can be set up to handle the routine ones and pass the rest to you. Changes after launch are on the full price list.
